The Governor of Edo State, Mr. Godwin Obaseki says the first set of Forest Security Officers would be recruited soon to complement the efforts of other security agencies in the fight against banditry, kidnapping, and other crimes in the forest and across the State.
He disclosed this during a Special Security Council Meeting with seven communities in Edo South Senatorial District as part of his administration’s measures to curb crimes in the State.
