Edo State House of Assembly today passed a bill for a law to establish a single haulage fee on goods, agricultural farm produce, graded and non-graded in the State, and the administration of charges among other matters.
The day’s plenary was an opportunity for the Speaker, Marcus Onobun to present a scorecard of the achievements of the seventh Assembly as the third quarter, the third session winds down.
