Benin residents react to barring of vigilance groups, others from election duties

The banning of vigilantes, hunters and other Para Military Organizations from all election duties by the Police has generated reactions from a cross section of the public.

Deborah Ogbeifun reports that while some residents in Benin City applauded the directive, others condemned it.
