Alleged corrupt practices: Oshiomhole, EFCC dragged to Abuja Fed. High Court

The Abuja division of the federal high court has fixed twenty-third of October, 2018 for the EFCC and the immediate past Edo State Governor, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole to appear before it over allegation of financial fraud preferred against him while he was in office by Bishop Osadolor Ochei.

Justice Anwuri Chikere fixed the date after listening to the reliefs on a motion exparte seeking the court to issue an order of mandamus on EFCC to investigate Comrade Adams Oshiomhole for alleged financial fraud.

ITV Abuja Judiciary Correspondent, Joseph Kadiri reports that the court also orders the plaintiff to put the respondents on notice.
