The rich and diverse African culture, Custom and Tradition was on display on Day Three of the Skills and empowerment programme facilitated to Oredo Federal Constituency by the Federal lawmaker, Doctor Omoregie Ogbeide-Ihama through the office of the Centre for Black African Arts and Civilization, as different groups showcased African culture especially, that of the Binis.
