The National Industrial Court Of Nigeria In Abuja Has Fixed May 19 For Judgment In A Suit Filed By Aggrieved Retirees From The Six Geo-Political Zones Of The Country Against The Federal Government Over Alleged Discrimination In The Implementation Of The Pension Policy In The Country. The Trial Judge, Justice Osatohanmwen Obaseki-Osaghae Fixed The Date On Tuesday After Counsel To Parties Adopted Their Final Brief Of Arguments In The Matter. The Pensioners Want The Court To Order The Federal Government To Obey Provision Of Section 173 Of The 1999 Constitution.
