Igbinedion Education Centre, Benin City, has been invited by the Registrar/Chief Executive of the National Examinations Council (NECO) to receive prestigious awards in recognition of the school’s exceptional performance in the 2024 Basic Education Certificate Examination.
The school emerged as the Overall Best Performing School in the 2024 BECE conducted by NECO.
In addition to this remarkable achievement, Igbinedion Education Centre also produced the Best Overall Male Candidate, National Merit in the 2024 Basic Education Certificate Examination.
Charles Uzoma Bryan, and the Best Overall Female Candidate, National Merit Awanbor Omoriyekemwen Claire, in the same examination.
The award ceremony is scheduled to take place on Wednesday at the Conference Hall, NECO Headquarters, Minna, Niger State.
