The Nigerian Content Development Monitoring Board (NCDMB) and EMALCO Global Investment Ltd have, in conjunction with Alime-Tech, trained some youths on welding and fabrication in Benin City.

The bodies say their cardinal objective is to make the youths self-reliant as well as contribute their quota to the economy of the nation.
