The groundbreaking ceremony for the Benin Smart City—a housing project comprising 1,200 units designed for all classes of people, including traders, artisans, businessmen and women, members of the diaspora, and the executive class—has been performed by the National President of the Real Estate Development Association.
Efosa Uwangue reports that the Esama of Benin and Honorary Romanian Consul to Edo and Delta States, His Excellency, Sir Chief Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion, was also honoured during the event.
