Edo State Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development has commemorated International Widows’ Day with a strong call for justice and empowerment for widows. The event, held at the Sir Victor Uwaifo Creative Hub in Benin City, has as its theme: Access to Justice and Empowerment for Vulnerable Widows.
