The Minister of Works, Senator David Umahi, says no part of the ongoing construction on the Lagos-Calabar Coastal highway was destroyed by flood as claimed by some content developers on the social media.
The Minister, who made the clarification during an on-the-spot assessment of the project at the Lagos end, said the project will be completed soon.
