The Minister of Works, Engineer David Umahi has said the proposal to reconstruct Carter Bridge to connect Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos will further improve the life span of the bridge.
Engineer Umahi made this known during an on- the -spot accessment of the bridge and other ongoing construction projects in Lagos State.
