The Lumen Christi Old Boys Students Association (LUCOSA) has organized a special thanksgiving and reception in honor of one of their own, the Edo State Commissioner for Energy, Barrister Paul Usenbo.
The event began with a thanksgiving service at St. Joseph Catholic Church, located by Uwa Junction off First East Circular Road in Benin City, and drew members of LUCOSA from within Edo State and across the diaspora.
