The second, third and fourth defendants in a criminal case filed at the Federal High Court in Benin City over alleged aiding of suicide of late Lilian Omokhuale, daughter of the Chief Executive Officer, Uyi Technical Conglomerate, Uyi Oloton have been discharged in the interim.
The presiding judge, Justice B.O Quadri gave the ruling on Thursday after listening to arguments from parties involved in the case.
