A Local Government Chairmanship aspirant, Hon. Saturday Iyoha, says the registration of some youths in Esan North East Local Government Area is to encourage them to upgrade their education, describing education as the bedrock of quality living.

The Chairmanship aspirant made the remark while paying the WAEC registration fees for some natives of Uromi.
