The current leadership in Akoko-Edo local government area, Edo State, headed by Rt. Hon. Alabi Bliss Oshionogue says it will resist attempts by any individual or group of persons to truncate the relative peace and tranquility under the guise of protest.
Secretary, Akoko-Edo local government, Hon. Topa Okomanyi handed down the warning while reacting to a protest at the Council Secretariat led by Architect Paul Lawani, an ADC House of Assembly aspirant, over the deteriorating condition of Technical Road in Igarra.
