Nigeria’s premier private university, Igbinedion University, Okada has announced that its 2025-2026 matriculation ceremony will hold on Saturday, January 24, 2026 at 10am at the university’s main auditorium.
The ceremony will feature a lecture titled “Career-Enhancement Through Diversity and Inclusive Initiatives” to be delivered by Professor Andrew Haruna, Secretary-General of the Committee of Vice Chancellors of Nigerian Universities.
In a statement signed by the Deputy Director of Public Relations, Lucky Eboh-Onokwe, says fresh students will be formally admitted into the university’s seven colleges namely Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Natural and Applied Sciences, Law, Engineering, Arts and Social Sciences, and Business and Management Studies.
The statement explains that the management of the university extends warm congratulations to the new intakes, assuring them of a rich academic experience supported by dedicated faculty and staff.
