
Discipline at the workplace by staff, otherwise known as employee discipline, has been identified as a very important aspect of human resource management and a vital ingredient for the development of universities.
The outgoing Registrar of Igbinedion University Okada, Mr. Friday Benji Bakare Esq., made the observation in a valedictory lecture titled, “The Role Of University Administration in Fostering Discipline in The Workplace: A Practitioner’s Bird’s-Eye View.”
