The Independent National Electoral Commission on Thursday distributed sensitive election materials to seven Local Government Areas ahead of the August 16 by-election.
Patience Osarogiuwa reports that representatives of the political parties participating in the election and security agencies including the Police and the NSCDC, were present at the distribution venue.
