Caesar Oduwa Agbondughaen has been appointed as Okaighele of Igue Uwangue in Ovia North East Local Government Area, Edo State.

The inauguration was performed on behalf of elders in council by Pa. Osabuohien Agbondughaen at the community Oguedion, known as elders’ chamber.
