The Department of Community Health, Igbinedion College of Health Technology, Benin City, has held its second oath-taking and induction ceremony for sixty-nine newly qualified Community Health Extension Workers, with a charge on them to uphold professionalism and contribute meaningfully to healthcare delivery in Nigeria.

Patience Osarogiuwa reports that the ceremony, themed “The Prospects of Community Health Extension Workers in Contemporary Society,” was held at the college hall on Sapele Road, behind Igbinedion University Teaching Hospital, Benin Centre, Benin City.
