It was an atmosphere of joy and excitement as parents, guardians, students, management and staff of Western Delta University, Oghara gathered to witness the 19th Matriculation ceremony of the institution.
Emmanuel Akpololor reports that the event, which was declared open by the Vice Chancellor of the university, Professor Augustine Ikelegbe, equally featured a lecture delivered by the state commandant of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, Delta Command, Doctor Halilu Hamidu, amongst other activities.
