The Governor of Edo State, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has approved the nomination of the following individuals as Commissioner-Designates for Edo State.
They include a former Chairman of the Edo State Oil and Gas Producing Areas Development Commission, EDSOGPADEC, Hon. (Barr.) Vincent Osas Uwadiae.
A former Member of the Edo State House of Assembly, Hon. Etin-osa Ogbeiwi, A former Chairman, Orhionmwon Local Government Area, Hon. Saturday Uwuilekhue Idehen, A seasoned politician and administrator, Hon. Charity Amayaenvbo and a renowned legal practitioner and academic, Professor Roland Otaru (SAN).
According to a statement by the Secretary to the State Government, Umar Musa Ikhilor Esquire, nominations of the listed individuals will be forwarded to the Edo State House of Assembly for consideration and confirmation.
