The Governor of Edo State, Senator Monday Okpebholo has offset medical bills of a pregnant woman, Mrs. Martha Samuel, who delivered via cesarean section and her husband, who is currently receiving treatment for severe burns.

Mrs. Samuel had gone on behalf of her husband to seek financial assistance at Governor Okpebholo’s Irrua residence, where she developed labour pains and was immediately taken to Irrua Specialist Teaching Hospital, where she was delivered of a baby via cesarean section.
