Sub-structures for the Ramat Park Flyover in Oregbeni, Benin City, have been completed as the project approaches its final stages.
The Governor of Edo State, Sen. Monday Okpebholo, made the disclosure during a routine inspection of the project site on his way to Irrua, Edo Central.
