Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo, has redeployed the Commissioner for Works, Felix Ehiguese Akhabue, to the Ministry of Water Resources.

The redeployment was conveyed in a letter signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Musa Ikhilor.

According to the directive, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Works will oversee the affairs of the ministry pending the appointment of a new commissioner.

Ikhilor stated that the directive takes immediate effect.
