The Zonal Commander, Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC Zone Five, Benin, Assistant Corps Marshal Joseph Toby, says the fatherly disposition of the Honorary Romanian Consul to Edo and Delta States of Nigeria, His Excellency, Sir, Chief, Doctor Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion, Esama of Benin, has continued to serve as a source of encouragement to all, especially the FRSC.
