Retention ponds that were once envisioned as a lasting solution to erosion and flooding in Urora community, Ikpoba Okha Local Government Area of Edo State, has now turned into a nightmare for the residents.
Odionwere of Urora Community Pa. John Idehen and some Landlords whose houses have been ravaged by flood have renewed their appeal to the Edo State Government, to urgently revisit the erosion control project that has left many homes submerged and some landlords have deserted their houses.
