PDP National Chairman, Umar Damagum, has threatened to discipline any member involved in anti-party activities.
Damagum said PDP’s disciplinary committee will not tolerate anyone seen to be disloyal to the party.
He spoke at the FCT Secretariat when candidates for the elections received their official nomination yesterday.
The acting National Chairman was represented at the occasion by the PDP’s North-central Vice Chairman, Abdulrahman Mohammed.
He cautioned members against engaging themselves in the political activities of other parties because it will not be tolerated.
Damagum charged those involved in anti-party activities to leave the PDP.
He assured candidates participating in the upcoming Federal Capital Territory council elections that their votes would be protected.
