Oredo Magistrate Court 2, presided over by Justice Oghuma, has adjourned ruling in an application in a family dispute involving Elder Grace Ojumu, her brother Professor Patrick Igbinovia, and Reverend Walter Goodluck.

The matter, now formally between the Commissioner of Police and the defendant, Professor Patrick Igbinovia, stems from allegations that he unlawfully concealed valuable family Property documents.
