The need to promote the Esan language beyond household conversations and to incorporate it into the school curriculum was emphasised at the 2025 Annual General Meeting and Award Ceremony of the Esan Reliance Club of Nigeria.
The event was held on Saturday in Irrua, the administrative headquarters of Esan Central Local Government Area of Edo State.
Edo Central Correspondent, Chris Omijie, reports that the meeting attracted dignitaries from within and outside Esanland.
