The Executive Chairman of Esan Central Local Government, Edo State, Kelvin Iyere has performed the ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of a block of six classrooms for Eguare Primary School, Opoji.
Tony Ojo reports that Mr. Iyere, who is the State ALGON Chairman, has initiated several projects few months in office.
