The unique tradition of celebrating the birthday of the Esama of Benin and Romanian Consul to Edo and Delta States of Nigeria, His Excellency, Sir, Chief, Dr. Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion, was once again re-enacted in grand style on the occasion of his 91st birthday.
The event attracted dignitaries from far and wide, all eager to be part of the celebration.
