The Management of Ossiomo Investment Limited has accused the Okaon’re Eguae of Ologbo dukedom, Chief Emma Iyase, of alleged illegal trespass of its land in Ologbo, Ikpoba-Okha Local Government Area, Edo State.
A statement by the Assistant Secretary of Ossiomo Investment Limited, Barrister Josephine Oike, alleged that Chief Iyase used bulldozers and pay loaders to invade the premises on Wednesday, October 29, 2025.
Barrister Oike explained that the company, which also generates electricity, acquired the land in 2008 from the Oba of Benin, Omo N’Oba Erediauwa of blessed memory.
