Elders of Enogie Quarters in Obadan Community, Uhunmwonde Local Government Area, Edo State say the vast parcel of land located on both sides of the road between Obadan Community and Evbohuan Community belongs to Elders of Enogie Quarters.
A statement jointly signed by Pa Felix Uwagboe and Acting Secretary, Mr. Lugard Okunzuwa, warns anyone or group of persons not to trespass or encroach into the land.
It concluded that anyone or group of persons who trespasses or encroaches into the land will be prosecuted.
According to the statement, it is illegal and unlawful for anyone or group of persons to trespass or encroach on the said land to avoid dire consequences.
The statement warned that whoever has placed beacon numbers SC/ED AQ BS 4287, 4288, 4289 AND SC/ED ED 4290 on the aforementioned land does so at his or her own risk as it is of no consequence.
