Elders and youths of Ahor community in Uhumwonde Local Government Area of Edo State have appealed to His Royal Majesty, Ewuare II, the Oba of Benin, and the Edo State Government to intervene in what they describe as persistent oppression from their neighbouring community, Uselu N’Ahor.
They allege that security operatives, reportedly acting on the instructions of Uselu N’Ahor, have invaded their community, arrested youths, created panic among residents, and forced many people to flee their homes.
