The acting Chairman of Egor Local Government Council, Doctor Kelvin Eguakun, has been honoured with the National Neckerchief of the Scout Association of Nigeria and the prestigious award makes him a patron and member of the Association.
The decoration was bestowed by the leadership of the Edo State Scout Council, alongside the Head of the Nigerian Contingent, Mrs Sarah Abidemi Iriaye, led by the State Commissioner, Emmanuel Onosphy Eseine, at the Egor Local Government Secretariat in Uselu, Benin City.
