Secretary to the Edo State Government, Umar Musa Ikhilor Esq., has officially handed over the sum of ₦1.5 million misplaced weeks ago in a tricycle by a recharge card seller, Mrs. Anastasia Ekhator, along Lucky Way in Benin City.
The brief ceremony highlighted the importance of promoting patriotism and restoring eroding societal values.
