The State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC, on Friday conducted its primaries ahead of the Local Government Elections scheduled for the 11th of July, 2026.
Okhide Em’ya David reports that the exercise was generally peaceful across the state and largely characterized by consensus arrangements. Officials of the Edo State Independent Electoral Commission, EDSIEC, were also on ground to ensure the process complied with laid-down procedures.
