Benin High Court has delivered judgment in a suit filed by the Edo Arts and Cultural Heritage Institute against the Eze Ndigbo group, who sought to establish and parade a traditional ruler in Edo State.
The case, which has lasted for over ten years, was presided over by Honourable Justice A.N. Erhabor at the Civil Court, Sapele Road, Benin City.
