In a significant move to enhance the management and welfare of orphanages in Edo State, the Edo State Government, through its Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development, has held a one-day strategic meeting with orphanage home owners to implement long-lasting reforms.
Ofure Anetor, reports that the event, held at the New Festival Hall, Government House, Benin City, is part of ongoing reforms aligned with a newly introduced legal framework regulating the operations of orphanages in Edo State.
