The Edo State Independent Electoral Commission, EDSIEC, has assured that the September twentieth 2025 By-Election in some Local Government Council Areas covering Forty-Nine Wards and one thousand, four hundred and eighty-five Polling Units in the State will be Free, Fair and Credible.

The Chairman of the Commission, Sir Jonathan Aifuobhokhan gave the Assurance while speaking with News Men on the Arrival of Non Materials at the Headquarters of the Commission on Plot one hundred and sixteen, Oko Ogba Road, Benin City.
