The Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly, Blessing Agbebaku, has urged the management of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, to issue certificates to all students who have fulfilled all the necessary graduation requirements without demanding any further payments from the students.

Assembly Correspondent, Joy Obarisiagbon, reports that Tuesday’s plenary also saw the adoption of a bill aimed at regulating lottery and gaming operations in Edo state.
