The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has reserved judgment in the appeal filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Asue Ighodalo, challenging the decision of the Election Petition Tribunal, which upheld the election of Governor Monday Okpebholo.
Judiciary Correspondent Joseph Kadiri reports that the Court reserved judgment after parties in the matter adopted their written addresses and final submissions.
