Edo State Independent Electoral Commission, EDSIEC, on Monday presented Certificates of Return to candidates who emerged victorious at the 20th of September 2023 Local Government By-Election across nine Local Government Council Areas covering fifty-nine wards and 1485 Polling Units.
Chairman, Edo State Independent Electoral Commission, Sir Jonathan Aifuobhokhan, urged the recipients to serve, lead, and bring meaningful development to their various wards.
