The Edo State Independent Electoral Commission, EDSIEC has described Saturday’s Local Government By-Election as highly Successful, devoid of hitches in accordance with the Commission’s pledge to Conduct a Free, Fair and very Credible Exercise.

The Chairman of the Commission, Sir Jonathan Aifuobhokhan while monitoring the Exercise in Edo South Senatorial District said the success of the Election is in line with the Vision of Governor Monday Okpebholo to strengthen Democracy in Governance in the third tier of Government as well as fast track Development in the grass roots
