The Diocese of Benin, Anglican Communion, has concluded its 40-day Lenten programme with a combined Good Friday service at St. Matthew’s Cathedral in Benin.
Ehis Uhunamure reports that the programme, themed “Bearing the Cross, Bearing the Fruit,” drew a large congregation of worshippers reflecting on the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and its significance to Christian living.
