A High Court in Okada, Edo State, has delivered a judgment in a protracted land dispute case, declaring Pa Solomon Idugboe, substituted by Osakpamwan Omorogbe, as the rightful owner of a disputed land measuring two hundred feet by four hundred feet at Ekae Community.
Efosa Uwangue reports that the suit was filed in 2017, with the claimant alleging ownership of the disputed land.
However, the defendants, Patrick and Paul Otoide, were found guilty of the charges brought against them.
