A High Court in Okada, Edo State, has delivered judgment in favour of Shalom Jare Venture, a farm company, in a lingering land dispute case in Okhuoromi Community, Oredo Local Government Area.
The court, presided over by Justice V.O. Eborieme, held that Shalom Jare Venture is the bonafide owner of the land and awarded damages to the tune of one hundred million Naira and a perpetual injunction against the defendants.
