This follows the pledge made by the new Edo State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Akintayo Ayinla, during a visit to Government House, where he stated that his administration would focus on strategic reforms — including regulating the activities of scavengers — to enhance security across the state.
